She’s five years younger than me, and when we were kids, I used to “practice” doing her hair. Let’s just say… I thought I was a beauty queen that was amazing at wild looks. She was my patient little doll. We had some wild styles going on. (Sorry, sis. n) Now? She’s the one slaying real-life hairstyles—and she’s amazing at it. Like, professional amazing.
This shoot was all about showing who she really is: fresh, fun, and full of confidence. She wanted her images to feel “fresh and exciting,” and that’s exactly what we aimed for.
She’s the kind of stylist who cares about more than just the hair. As she told me, “I want my clients to know I truly care about how they feel when they leave my chair. It’s not just hair—it’s confidence.”
Her audience? Total girly pops! Ages 15 to 50. From high school dances to wedding glam, she helps all kinds of women feel amazing in their own skin. Whether you’re getting the perfect shade of blond, extensions, or just need a refresh—she’s your girl.
She didn’t have any props or backdrops in mind, which gave us space to keep things simple and stylish. These photos were taken for Instagram and Facebook, so we kept the layouts in mind—clean shots, fun angles, and tons of personality.
I asked her if she feels introverted or extroverted, and she said, “Both!” And that’s so her. She can hype you up in the chair and still enjoy the quiet moments. She’s a mix of cozy and cool. And now, with these photos, her audience will get to see all the sides of her.
